It is important to us at tiger, tiger to use fresh, quality produce and to support Western Australian producers. For your interest a list of our suppliers...

European Foods

A great family run business that Clare has had the pleasure of dealing with for nearly ten years now.Their retail outlets are the two Re Stores in Leederville and Northbridge. They import some amazing products and most of what you eat, we receive from them once a week. We get all out great cheese from them.

Margaret River Free Range Eggs

Eggs are delivered to us fresh, twice a week from these great farmers. They are seeking organic certification. Making the muffins the other morning, Clare cracked 4 double-yolkers out of 6 eggs!! You actually notice the difference in these eggs with the poaching water. With regular eggs there can be a grey 'scum' on the top of the water and an odd odour. Not so with these great eggs.

Torre Butchers, Bulwer Street, North Perth

Personally, we have found the meat here to be consistently great over the years. It was a given that we would want to deal with a premium butcher and Torre's was the logical choice.

Lawleys Bakery

Great bakers. You should try their fruit toast, especially good with our special honey.

Get Stuffed Olive Company and Gin Gin Heritage Estate

The lovely Maggie Edmonds is a grower of olives and passionfruit in GinGin. We buy olive oil and passionfruit membrillo from her. At the moment there's new season Frantoio olives available and we are using Manzanilla oilve oil this week in the shop.
Braydon uses the membrillo on cheese plates (it's the new quince paste) and on crumpets on Saturday's extended breakfast menu. Also delicious mixed with mascarpone for dessert.

Crunch Preserves

The fantastic jam-maker Lyn Lloyd has been making jams for years. The date and orange chutney we use in the roast beef sandwiches is from her in Busselton and she buys all the fruit locally. this chutney is also found in our 'getting very popular' Rosamund Sauce in the tiger for breakfast.

Mondo Butchers, Beaufort Street, Inglewood

The home of White Rocks Veal and the great smoked chorizo in our famous baked eggs. If you haven't tried the baked eggs yet, come in and spoil yourself.
