There is a beautiful rose from Milhinch Winery in the Barossa Valley. We buy this direct from the vineyard and it's Barossa cabernet displayed in a more rare fashion as rose. It has an impressive fruit sweetness which is a terroir characteristic of their cabernet...but please don't confuse this with sugar sweetness. Berry aromas, raspberry and redcurrant flavours, a lingering finish...delightful AND you are supporting a small Australian grower. |
